MEETINGS ARE HELD ON THE FOURTH WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH, starting at around 10am and concluding around 12.30pm.

The annual seminar will be held on these days at the Beecroft Bowling Club venue. A social gathering will be convened on the Friday, after all of the formal judging has been completed, commencing at 5pm and running until approx. 6pm.
